To be fair, I almost never use it anyway, but I'm a bit compulsive about counting my calories. I count coffee and tea calories, SF mints and gum, etc. I'm a little crazy!

I had recently bought gluc and found a recipe here to mix it into almond milk with ice cubes - and since a cool drink sounds good in the summer, I have been enjoying it. I had chocolate almond milk which was 120 calories per cup, but the unsweetened chocolate almond milk is much less and then you can add your AS to taste. (I believe the original recipe called for the unsweetened at 40 calories - but I haven't bought any yet) I added 1/2 tsp gluc with 5 - 6 ice cubes and blended it up. It was very refreshing and filling.

Yes, well I'm a bit compulsive too, but perhaps Barb is correct in that either way neither of us has been effected by the 0-5 calories. The funny thing is I probably haven't used it more than twice in the last year
