Here's to a great April! Hoping to get at least into the next decade, heading down toward ONDERLAND. Calorie calculator numbers are 2018/404, but experimenting with 2100/300 cals.

I don't understand why,but it does seem like even the people who love us the most sometimes try to sabotage our efforts. I find it easier to just tell people that I have a sour stomach or some other little white lie. Then they stop trying to get me to eat. You'll get there, in spite of your friends and then everyone will want to know how you did it. It's all about the calories and that requires control.

The last couple of days I have been drinking Apple Cinnamon water.( sliced Apple with a cinnamon stick) it is supposed to be really helpful for water retention and it says it is a metabolism booster as well :-)

Started Couch-to-5K running program yesterday, 20 minutes of alternative running and 1 mile 1/2 walk. been working out since the beginning of the month so maybe my body is just stuck. but fitting into smaller clothes, and falling out of fat clothes!

  • MotivatedMomma4 has kindly suggested a different water that might help my swollen joints.
  • As I'm transitioning to a leptin reset, it's not yet time to worry that my weight isn't shifting (altho', tbh, of course it's disappointing).
  • I've recalculated my JUDDD numbers because:
    • I've lost 16lbs;
      I'm not supposed to exercise in the transition to the leptin reset or during it.
  • Yikes, my DD is now 317 which more or less means that I have one meal during the day and a snack when I serve dinner to DH on our DD.
Good luck to today's scale watchers.

04/08 - DD - 187.0 - Ouch... No idea what's going on but that's the last time I drink alcoholic for a while. Hopefully a good DD will work today.

Bounces are weird at the best of times - add in that you are only into carbs (and they promote water take-up) and it's best to follow the overall trend rather than individual days.

April goals: 1) track everything, every day. 2) stick to my calories, no UUAD (and this is going to be a very challenging month with 2 onsites). 3) I'd like to lose 1lb a week, but I'll be happy with net loss this month.

4/8 UD - 237.4 had the nice dinner on saturday, good dd yesterday. I'm hoping 236, my low in March, isn't far away!

3/31 158 Wrong direction but I’m not going to stress as I’m learning with JUDDD. I know I didn’t drink enough water. I am going to fully enjoy my UD and Easter with family.

4/8 158.2 Boo! I had Mexican food plus a margarita on my UD on Sat which caused it to become a UUAD so I was expecting a gain but not this much. I had a really good DD yesterday too with lots of water and walked too. Next weigh it will be better.
