I am trying 5:2 or 4:3 this month and adding leptin reset to control binging monster.
Goal is to get below 120

OMGoodness I'm up almost 2lbs. What is this?? Had a "little" higher up day Thursday and yesterday's DD was about 600, but I've been doing like 125 to 200 cal DD's and been pretty good sticking to the 1700 UD. Idk what's up, but hope I can figure out what's going on.

*New plan of attack - combine WW and JUDDDD.
*I am also going back to weighing after a DD. The bounce annoys me.

I'm in shock. I actually almost met my first goal up there. Now to see if it lasts. I'm mixing WW and JUDDD and hoping this will work. So although it's not a new low, it's a goal met (for now)!!

Here's to a great April! Hoping to get at least into the next decade, heading down toward ONDERLAND. Calorie calculator numbers are 2018/404, but experimenting with 2100/300 cals.

April goals: 1) track everything, every day. 2) stick to my calories, no UUAD (and this is going to be a very challenging month with 2 onsites). 3) I'd like to lose 1lb a week, but I'll be happy with net loss this month.

I sure hope water retention is to blame. Sure didn't stay in the 140's very long. What's worse is I had an 2000 ish UD again today! I think my plan is to have a really good DD tomorrow, drink lots and lots of water, and don't weigh for a week. Yesterday's DD was with a buddy who kept saying oh just have a fresco taco they aren't bad. Which they aren't calories wise, however, I have been eating only right before bedtime and anytime I eat earlier in the day I just want to keep eating. Which is exactly what I did. I had a 600 to 700 DD yesterday so won't be doing that again. People are just going to have to get over it and when I say I'm not eating then that will be my final answer in the future. I've had some high UD's since Easter too. I think only one was where my calculated number should be so gotta get it reined in. Praying I can pull it together and get back on track. Struggling w/ DD lately. I do so much better when I'm not around people. When I'm home alone I am totally in control. Get me around people and it's time to party. Anyway, encouragement needed before I go hog wild.

Goal: 137lbs by end of April and to have started the leptin reset once I've sorted the wrinkles.

1 April 142.4lbs (still carrying water gain from migraine)
2 April 142.2lbs (ditto)
3 April 141.2lbs (UD y'day: still water to lose: y'day = 1st UD of leptin reset)
4 April 140.6lbs (new low: still water to lose: y'day = 1st DD of leptin reset)
5 April 140.4lbs (tiny new low: still water gain: y'day = 2 UD of leptin reset)
6 April 140.6lbs (pleased b/c y'days DD involved dining out at Balkan event)
7 April 140.4lbs (back to low: y'day = MD)

My knees are still obnoxiously sore and swollen so I think I'm still carrying excess water.

My first day-trip today so it will be interesting to see how we fare with the food and drink but that's why I'm transitioning to rather than starting my leptin reset - so I can iron out wrinkles before beginning in earnest.

Started Couch-to-5K running program yesterday, 20 minutes of alternative running and 1 mile 1/2 walk. been working out since the beginning of the month so maybe my body is just stuck. but fitting into smaller clothes, and falling out of fat clothes!

Total loss to date: 37 pounds

April goal: 2 goals actually - hit 174 (no longer obese!) and then the 160's!!!
Ended Jan AND Feb AND March at 178.

4.3 DD 181, 400 cals, 3 mile walk/jog
4.4 UD 178.6, 1746 cals, 3 mile walk/jog

4.6 UD DNW, 2080 cals, 4 mile walk
4.7 DD DNW, 300 cals planned

A few more calories than planned yesterday but a good walk should have canceled them out. Heading out for today's walk soon.
