April goals: 1) track everything, every day. 2) stick to my calories, no UUAD (and this is going to be a very challenging month with 2 onsites). 3) I'd like to lose 1lb a week, but I'll be happy with net loss this month.

4/1 DD - 241.8
4/2 UD - 240.8
4/3 DD - dnw.
4/4 UD - 239.2
4/5 DD - dnw I had a bit of a meat-stravaganza last night-- got home late from work, so just ate without weighing/portioning. will try to have a great DD today.

Oh TJ, I wish we could all be there to give you a group hug. I can't bear this making you so unhappy. You are such a trouper, you do it all correctly and still don't see any serious losses.

Have you seen you doctor about things like thyroid?

I am at a loss and really don't know what to say, except I respect you so much for keeping on keeping on.

It has to work again soon.

I'm thinking TJ, and I think this might have been mentioned on another thread... maybe the spread between your uD and dd isn't huge? You weigh way less than I do, but I"m wondering if you went like 1900 on UD and 400 on dd, or even 2000 on UD and 400 on dd, and see if that does something.

You were also considering going back to LC-- you don't have to leave JUDDD to do LC, theyr'e not mutually exclusive, and I think actually work well together.

March was not kind at the end, my bounces are out of control and I'm not sure why
so I'm back to posting every day and keeping track of everything to find out.

TJ I feel so bad for you! I wish I could be there! I agree with Cindy. If you are keeping your numbers there is no way you should be gaining. Especially after no losses the last 2 months. At the very worst I would think that you should be holding steady.(Long stall) Maybe it is time to see the doctor and get some blood tests done. There could be any number of medical reasons that this is happening. Best of luck to you. You are not alone, there are so many people here who care about you and feel your pain! Don't give up!

Here's to a great April! Hoping to get at least into the next decade, heading down toward ONDERLAND. Experimenting with <2200/300 cals.

Ended March at 215.3.

4/1 - 217.6 - DD - yesterday I did not count calories and it was very carby.
4/2 - 217.1 - UD - 2078 - higher than expected after a DD, but I think it's temporary. exercise cals burned 351.
4/3 - 216.8 - DD - 437 - cals burned 359 (my last two DDs were very low calorie, but with no exercise. I wound up needing more cals than 300 due to cardio kickboxing class)
4/4 - 215.8 - UD - 2400 (oops!) but: burned 400 cals exercise, so net should be ok?
4/5 - 216.8 - DD

TryingJuddd - I feel your pain. I'm almost 3-1/2 months into JUDDD and I've not lost a thing. I have cried, too. I agree with Soren, and have asked you about the spread between your UD/DD calories myself - it may not be big enough. But whatever, I can definitely commiserate with you.

Goal: 137lbs by end of April and to have started the leptin reset once I've sorted the wrinkles.

1 April 142.4lbs (still carrying water gain from migraine)
2 April 142.2lbs (ditto)
3 April 141.2lbs (UD y'day: still water to lose: y'day = 1st UD of leptin reset)
4 April 140.6lbs (new low: still water to lose: y'day = 1st DD of leptin reset)
5 April 140.4lbs (tiny new low: still water gain: y'day = 2 UD of leptin reset)
6 April 140.6lbs (pleased b/c y'days DD involved dining out at Balkan event)

skin on my calves is shiny and my knees are still swollen so I think I'm still carrying excess water.

First time I exceeded a DD's calories for something that didn't involve a domestic disaster (friend organised a Balkan fermentation/yoghurt tasting and demo with dinner). Ate more carbs than I had an allowance for but that's why I'm transitioning to rather than starting my leptin reset - so I can solve these problems.

Good luck to today's scale watchers.
