It is tricky to get the protein breakfast within the calorie allotment of a DD unless it's pretty much your only meal isn't it? I might have to move to a breakfast and one rather than 2 other meals on a DD so that DH and I can eat together of an evening (now he's stopped working until gone 23:00 and actually arriving home before midnight, I'd like to re-establish a routine of eating dinner together).

4/2 DD: 154.8 Took advantage of the day's lack of tummy trouble and ate ice cream in copious amounts thanks to DH's encouragement
4/3 UD: 154.0 Have really been sick this time and would prefer not to eat at all Luckily I've never had easier DD's but I'm trying to make sure to get in at least close to my UD calories
4/4 DD: 154.8 Just because I don't want to eat apparently doesn't stop me

Yesterday I had huge breakfast (517 cal)and was fine all day, but by 7 PM I was starving. I did not eat anything as it was too late. I think I will try to have high protein but lower calories breakfast on DD (egg whites/turkey/white fish) about 300-400 cal and than veggie in the afternoon for 100-200 cal. I have calculated if I have 10 oz baked cod fish for breakfast it will only be 240 cal with 52 gr of protein. So that's not bad at all. UD are piece of cake on LR

Yeah! downward movement on the scale is always nice.

Yesterday's dd was so much easier, I think because the ud on the 2nd was VLCHF. I managed to keep my same percentages for the macros on both the 2nd and the 3rd, just the absolute numbers changed (obviously). I think it works well and will continue dong that when reasonable.

Thank you! It totally was lol! I don't know why but I still have those same old worries that somehow JUDDD won't work, and if I go off it for a week I'll never be able to lose again. I guess this is why we have so many posts about our mental hangups about dieting.

I wish I knew so that I could keep it up. Im coming from doing low carb and was off plan for about a week before coming to JUDD. So Im guessing watching my calories and NOT carbs really is helping.....

GREAT losses everyone!!! I don't think I'll ever have a loss after an UD but then I don't weigh to find out.

April goal: Lose 5lbs to 152. Start working out, running regularly and light strength training. (Only weigh after DD's)

Really need to get this exercise thing going! Once I get in a routine and make up my mind to do it I'll be fine but it's getting into that mind set!! I ALMOST had myself convinced last night to go for a walk....I just need to do it! I signed up for a 10k at the end of Aug. at Disneyland, you'd think that and the wedding in July would motivate me...I need a strict talking to that is for sure!!
