Awww slow, but it's not as dramatic as it appears. I ended March at 151/152 and the 157 from 4/7 was after my Disney vacation gain. Thankfully, I went back down to my March low after a few down days. gotta love Juddd!

Well, I'd love to claim it, but it's not very nice to claim them from last month and then claim again this month when it was a regain. Right? wouldn't that be nice, though?

Well, it is a bummer I gained 4 lbs this month. But I had rough month with binges from hell. I started the month with UUAD (so what do you expect?). My highest weight was 133.3. If I did not re-commit to JUDD last 10 days of the month, the damage would have not been pretty.
Moving on and looking forward to great May.

Congrats to all the losers. Sorry, there are too many to name. You know who you are

Well done on the loss of 6.8lbs and you're underestimating. Assuming that you're using a digital scale, that is 0.2 of 1lb, not 2 ounces in which case you've shed approx. 3.2oz since yesterday.

I want to have a down day tomorrow.My husband and I are going on a weekend getaway so friday and saturday are going to be up days and possibly sunday, depending on what the hubby has planned I am going to try and not make it an all out binge fest though..lol..so we will seehow itgoes!!
