Ok, so I should admit first off that I've been cheating on my plan to not weigh until my birthday -- I've been weighing! lol:P Today I saw a new low of 229! Yay!!! It's good to be in the 20's again, that's for sure. So, that makes for 3 weeks on JUDDD and a 5 pound loss. So, I'm not Speedy Gonzales, but if it keeps up at this rate, I'll be ecstatic!

Congrats to everyone on your losses this week -- awesome job! It sure is inspiring to see all those numbers going down.

It just so happened that I wanted to indulge my love of Trader Joe's fig butter and one jar of it is 720 cals. I had two (plus a tub of tomato and basil dip) to meet my UD calorie alottment of 1775.

CAD is the Carbohydrates Addicts Diet that has you eat very low carb during most of your day but consuming carbs only within a 90 minute window to reduce the insulin impact. Many lost weight on this approach. I never had any luck. So you might have been on accident!

Fig butter huh? Might have to check that out!

It's good to see so much success going on here., I think you're all making an excellent effort. I have to say that I'm not going to make my goal of 30 lbs off.,I sure wish I could have.. I've been on a strong dose of prednisone for the last three weeks, and I feel very lucky to have not gained. I had hoped to never have to take steroids again, but had no choice because of a very bad infection that they couldn't get under control. I look forward to this coming month and feeling normal again.

Yesterday was day 8 of the 'full-on' leptin reset within the parameters of JUDDD.

The numbers are a tad peculiar. There's my usual post-migraine water gain but yesterday I took a pteroblue for the first time and today my face is so swollen that my mouth isn't visible and my wrists are nastily inflamed. (This may be a coincidence and I may 'just' be picking up a bug.)

The month drop of 6lbs looks more dramatic than it is, as I ended March with a big water-gain from a migraine.

Overall, I met both my goals for this month, I've so far stayed below 137lbs since reaching it and I've transitioned away from the potato hack to the full leptin reset programme (within JUDDD).

Best wishes to those who are weighing today - may all your trends be positive for the month or for the year so far.
