I was just being indulgent. I did one MD, but it turned into a UD, so no, I haven't tried the 3-day thing yet. I never did get TOM this month, so hopefully it's just my body holding onto extra water. Thank you for your supportiveness, gf!

Yesterday was day 6 of the 'full-on' leptin reset within the parameters of JUDDD and my 1st MD on it.

Best wishes to those who are weighing today especially those who are grinding through, because I vividly remember weeks and months of keeping the programme, yet not seeing any shifts that would make sense.

Yesterday was day 6 of the 'full-on' leptin reset within the parameters of JUDDD and my 1st MD on it.

Best wishes to those who are weighing today especially those who are grinding through, because I vividly remember weeks and months of keeping the programme, yet not seeing any shifts that would make sense.

Yes! Please don't let it get you down. A quick big bounce up is almost always some kind of water retention. Drink lots of water (with lemon if you like it) and go light on the salt and it'll flush out in no time.

The after-fun-night bounce usually happens, but you expected it and enjoyed yourself, yes? Plus you planned for it with all that extra exercise beforehand.

Hopefully the scale will come down before the end of the month, but even if it doesn't get back to your low, know that you have had a phenomenal month in which you figured out how to break your stall (which you were the soul of persistence during, it's important to add!).

I know what you mean about the end of the month... I put extra pressure on myself too, because it feels good to reach goals or have a bigger end of month total. I was thinking just this morning, though, that it's really all a continuum. If we don't lose the next pound by Tuesday or Wednesday and we lose it on Thursday, that's still a good thing. I was counseling myself today when I caught myself in that mindset that I don't HAVE to have a super low calorie down day today just because the end of the month is near. If my DD is easy peasy and it happens, great, but no need to force it because of some number on a calendar. Your month has been great no matter what your final total will be. Honestly, what I admire the most is your stick-to-itiveness when nothing was happening for so long. That is how I know you will succeed.

Here's hoping for a great end of month for all of us and even more important that we head into May with the resolve and spirit to keep fighting the fight!!! Sometimes it's the results that give me the strength, often these past months it has been the support I feel here. We can and will do this very hard thing!!!
