Started tracking everything yesterday, and realized I've been eating way more on my DD's than I had thought, because it was just a "bite" or a "handful of nuts." Stuck to 350 yesterday, and tracking everything today to stay under 2000. but I might need some kind of stall breaker. Potato hack maybe?

I'm glad you found a possible culprit! Hopefully that will kick things up for you sweetie! I'm always hoping to find a cause when the weight loss crawls or stalls...it means we can change it!

OMGosh, I hadn't realized about the month goal! Thanks for pointing that out! I was more concerned with the new decade. Now, let's see if I can exceed my April goal. I think it might have been from the very carb heavy end to my UD the day before. We will see, my daughter has a high carb cheat UD all planned out for us today so Sunday's DD probably won't be too fun!
