I shall keep you guys company until 5th April then I'm disappearing for rest of the month. Going to India for a family visit and a sight seeing trip (Tea Planatations and Kaziranga National reserve). Wow, there are a lot of new faces on here this month so everybody. JD I'm so stinking excited for you, I've never been to india and have always wanted to go. Maybe it will have to be on my short list for the next time we travel (if that ever happens again )

Goal for April: Maintain good nutrition and get more exercise. Ended March at 153.8

I am excited for myself too! I left India when I was a little girl, so now whenever DH and I go back, we always arrange a private tour of one region. Having lived in the UK and the States most of my life I look at it through "Westerner's" eye; everything looks wonderfully exotic and of course, culturally rich! Last time we went on a Tiger Safari and saw the famous Temples! Every time I go back I fall a little bit more in love with India! If you go with an open mind, I am sure you'd love it too!

4/3 213.5 DD!! another full on binge yesterday, can't seem to get my head around this at the moment..

You're pretty close to goal, plus you've had a life style change where you went months without restricting. It's probably going to take some time to get back in the mind set. I wouldn't worry too much because it could be counterproductive.
