Vicki, JUDDDing isn't an instant-reward kind of plan. Bounces don't always make sense. Just keep to your rotations and the overall loss - and baggy clothes! - will prove it's working after all.

Here's to a great April! Hoping to get at least into the next decade, heading down toward ONDERLAND. Calorie calculator numbers are 2018/404, but experimenting with 2100/300 cals.
