Welcome back, Hope!! I'm wondering if you have read "Slow Pokes Unite" (thread here)? TJ (Trying Juddd) has started a new regimen where she does a 3-day rotation...DD, MD, UD continuously and it seems to have broken a long stall for her. I'm thinking of doing it too.

Thanks everyone.

I so love seeing all the great numbers on here today.
We are rocking JUDDD. Great job everyone.

I just found out about 1:00 today that hubs has a function tomorrow at lunch time, I will need an UD tomorrow too. This week was supposed to be 4:3, I guess it will be 5:2 though. Will be interesting to see if I can avoid a large weight gain. I am not going to stress over it though, I know what to do to get it back down.

4/10 DD 247.8 - My 1st DD day went really well
4/11 UD 244.2
4/12 DD 243.6 - My 2nd DD also went well
4/13 UD 241.8 - Down 6 lbs already!!!
4/14 DD 242 - I'm very happy with this after an UD
4/15 UD 241.8 - I'm a 1/2" smaller at my waist today than I was on the 13th!
4/16 DD 242.8 - a bigger bounce than last time but still very good after an UD I think
4/17 UD 241.6 - lower by a smidge. I'm so happy I get to EAT today!
4/18 DD 241.2 - another weensy drop (eta: turned in to an UD - 1860)
4/19 UD 241.4 - no harm done - sticking with rotation
4/20 DD 243.4 - hmmmm ... maybe that wasn't such a good idea!

I experienced my biggest bounce so far ... 2 lbs.
Yesterday, I ingested more than 5000mg of sodium (!!!) because I had a craving for hotdogs (I rarely eat these) and instead of having one, I pigged out on 2 with cheddar cheese, mustard, sf ketchup AND a dill pickle. Add to that all the other foods with sodium in them and it was WHOA NELLY! I usually keep my sodium around 1500 on an UD.
Also, and I'm sorry that this is TMI, but I haven't had regular BMs since starting JUDDD. I know from reading here that others experience this as well but I'm not exactly sure why.
So, JBs, I am full of it!

Yesterdays planned sushi lunch was pushed to today so that will probably turn today into a MD instead of the planned DD. Yesterdays calories went rather high, and I'm surprised by the smallish bounce, thought it would be much higher. I had multigrain muffins, baked potato, lemon cake (it was a birthday and my daughter made it from scratch, so I had to!) and finished the night with a single serving bag of salt and vinegar chips! I never eat that stuff! I did avoid all alcohol though. We will see what the sushi does for tomorrow, I might avoid all rice to make it not so bad.
