New low! My body doesn't seem to care (or like) the UD/DD rotation. It just wants lower calories to lose. I will continue the DD-MD-UD rotation to try and save my metabolism for maintenance and keep the Sirt flowing maybe with a few more MDs thrown in to keep the pace of losing up. Love that I am finally losing!! (I hope I didn't just jinx myself!)

There are some sweet losses showing up for people today!

(eta: TJ, I'm SO happy for you that you've broken past your stall!!! )

4/10 DD 247.8 - My 1st DD day went really well
4/11 UD 244.2
4/12 DD 243.6 - My 2nd DD also went well
4/13 UD 241.8 - Down 6 lbs already!!!
4/14 DD 242 - I'm very happy with this after an UD
4/15 UD 241.8 - I'm a 1/2" smaller at my waist today than I was on the 13th!
4/16 DD 242.8 - a bigger bounce than last time but still very good after an UD I think
4/17 UD 241.6 - lower by a smidge. I'm so happy I get to EAT today!
4/18 DD 241.2 - another weensy drop (eta: turned in to an UD - 1860)
4/19 UD 241.4 - no harm done - sticking with rotation

Yesterday's DD turned in to an UD mostly out of boredom and an inability to keep the almond butter jar closed. At first I was panicking, thinking I was "blowing it" and then I sat down and counted it all up and I was still under my UD allotted calories by about 300. That calmed me down and I was able to reason with myself that should I be following 5:2, this would've just been another day. No harm done at all. Whew!
Next time if I'm feeling too hungry on a DD, I'll reach for some extra low cal food and just bring my % up to a high DD.
I'm sticking to my rotation despite yesterday's blip and having another UD today.

New low! My body doesn't seem to care (or like) the UD/DD rotation. It just wants lower calories to lose.
Congratulations on hitting your goal for this month.

JUDDD seems to be very forgiving and flexible - I will superstitiously cross my fingers for you and wish that your flavour of rotations keeps doing good things for you.

New low! My body doesn't seem to care (or like) the UD/DD rotation. It just wants lower calories to lose. I will continue the DD-MD-UD rotation to try and save my metabolism for maintenance and keep the Sirt flowing maybe with a few more MDs thrown in to keep the pace of losing up. Love that I am finally losing!! (I hope I didn't just jinx myself!)

Yesterday's DD turned in to an UD mostly out of boredom and an inability to keep the almond butter jar closed. At first I was panicking, thinking I was "blowing it" and then I sat down and counted it all up and I was still under my UD allotted calories by about 300. That calmed me down and I was able to reason with myself that should I be following 5:2, this would've just been another day. No harm done at all. Whew!
Next time if I'm feeling too hungry on a DD, I'll reach for some extra low cal food and just bring my % up to a high DD.
I'm sticking to my rotation despite yesterday's blip and having another UD today.
