Thanks, I understand the need for the swing between the UD/DD calories and that it is the swing that is creating the magic. I think my mistake my previous UD was having many smallish meals rather than 3 distinct large meals and some snacks. I never got that hungry and when it came to dinner I had a large meal but not enough to finish out my calories and I had just had enough of eating at that point and couldn't stomach any more. It is hard coming off a calorie deficit diet, that I've been doing for almost 2 years, where I controlled all my calories every day. The DD's are easy because you do have to control so much and I have no problem with those. The UD's feel like cheat days, I just need to learn to embrace them for what they are and be happy I don't have to control everything, and enjoy some food again.

so you ended up with normal rotations and need today to be an UD? Why not just make it 2 in a row and not worry about it? Or just fast (or eat lightly) until dinner and then eat what you want? No worries! I've learned to not fret about this stuff. Do what feels right and just get back with normal tomorrow. Have fun with your friends! It's ONLY one day.

Just wanted to pop in and say how proud i am of all of you and so glad to see some great whooshes while I've been MIA

I'm going to be back soon but right now I'm so sick I'm doing the best I can just to get through my rotations with any UD's at all Its getting better every day though so hopefully I will be back to join all my JUDDD buds soon.

I know it's frustrating because it's not going faster but it definitely looks like you will finish this month NOT weighing 178.
