Between sodium, potassium, the influence of protein or carbs on dropping/retaining water, shifts in glycogen and water and post-workout fluid retention, I'm trying to give up the illusion that I understand anything about day-to-day weight fluctuations.

Hi Everybody!

4/10 DD 247.8 - My 1st DD day went really well
4/11 UD 244.2
4/12 DD 243.6 - My 2nd DD also went well
4/13 UD 241.8 - Down 6 lbs already!!!
4/14 DD 242 - I'm very happy with this after an UD
4/15 UD 241.8 - I'm a 1/2" smaller at my waist today than I was on the 13th!
4/16 DD 242.8 - a bigger bounce than last time but still very good after an UD I think

Today is my 7th day on JUDDD and I must say it's been pretty easy for me so far this time around.
I'm very happy about that.

Trying to eat my UD calories seems such a chore. I feel like I'm eating all day long and eating just to meet the calorie target and I couldn't actually get there.
