I'm astonished that the low held because I had weight-training in the gym last night and I'm aching today so I expected to be holding on to even more water (maybe the low carb glycogen and water drop is being balanced by the training-related water gain ).

Yesterday's planned UD turned into an MD as various events intervened and I wasn't able to eat lunch until I was travelling home to go straight out to the gym - so I knew that I wouldn't have time to eat dinner.

Whatsoever is happening, I still can't quite believe that I'm seeing my numbers in the 130s for 3 consecutive days.
You tiny thang!!! 130s, that has gotta feel fabulous!!!!! Huge kudos to you!!! Have a lovely weekend!!!

That big bounce up at the end of last month had no obvious cause.
JUDDD plus our wise bodies is an amazing - and sometimes mystifying - combination!

Went clothes shopping on Wednesday, (in my own closet) pulled out 9 pairs of size 12 jeans, my 14's were falling off. They fit beautifully. And, yesterday at work I got several compliments, couple said that I was looking good, couple that I had lost weight, it sure put a little more pep in my step for sure. It is amazing what happens when you get out of the baggy clothes.

I'm keeping to a 2200/500 rotation for now. In my head it's scary to eat all that food while "dieting" but I'm not going to argue!

I might have seen 174.6 several times on the scale this morning before it seemed to settle on the 175.2. I think that scale's memory is just too darn strong and it over-rides small changes. It also confuses me with DH who weighs about 175. Grumblefrosting. I don't think I will get accurate weights in this range. I will just have to dip lower than DH and stay there!!!

Finally had a little time to read through this thread and I'm wowed by how well so many of you are doing! Great job guys!!
Also, good luck to those who are finding the road a little slow and bumpy (like me lately).

OK-time to rant! Don't know why I'm retaining water! I gained another pound overnight after a stellar down day yesterday (250 cal/LC & Tues DD only 200 cal. Also, on my UDs this week I have been eating to exact cal levels--what gives?)! The past few days my tree pollen allergy symptoms have been bad and I have a pounding headache--could that be the culprit?

I'm going away this weekend and I hope I can keep to my eating plan. Gotta stay strong, but it's not going to be easy because it's a weekend centered around eating events! Probably will end up being one MD today followed two UDs! Yikes!

April goals: 1) track everything, every day. 2) stick to my calories, no UUAD (and this is going to be a very challenging month with 2 onsites). 3) I'd like to lose 1lb a week, but I'll be happy with net loss this month.

CONGRATUALTIONS on all of the drops, new lows and the minimal bounces after UD's. It's going to be a great month!

Ended March 158lbs
April goal: Lose to 152. Start working out, running regularly and light strength training.
3/12 164.7 Start Day after eating everything in sight for the past week.
3/13 162.3

3/19 160.3 TOM
3/21 159.2 Excited lowest since January
3/23 159.6 Ok I値l take this increase
3/25 160.2 No, I do not like this increase.

3/31 158 Wrong direction but I知 not going to stress as I知 learning with JUDDD. I know I didn稚 drink enough water. I am going to fully enjoy my UD and Easter with family.
