4/7-MD-160.8 doing a mid day to get back in my normal rotation because of plans2days this week so hopefully I dont bounce up to much the next couple of days

Aww thanks, slow! (And everyone that's so sweetly commented). I think my body was ready for a small break and is rewarding me for getting back on plan. I am almost back to my hard to get to low and that makes me much less nervous about the next vacation! I finally feel that calm that has been discussed here. Took me almost 5 months exactly!!

My pc has crashed from a virus so I am on my iPad. Hard to comment on everyone's incredible losses but holy smokes, there are so many new lows since I have been back!!! Amazing work guys!!!

I coming from Low Carb which is wear I lost most of my weight and only god knows how many calories I was eatting then, So now with JUDDD I guess my body is liking the calorie control and yes I have added back all the carbs in my life...

Thats great,I switched from LC and virtually STALLED...it took a few weeks to move anywhere at all on JUDDD..I think most coming over from LC have the opposite affect you are getting(much slower losses).You LUCKY lady!!

Goal: 137lbs by end of April and to have started the leptin reset once I've sorted the wrinkles.

1 April 142.4lbs (still carrying water gain from migraine)
2 April 142.2lbs (ditto)
3 April 141.2lbs (UD y'day: still water to lose: y'day = 1st UD of leptin reset)
4 April 140.6lbs (new low: still water to lose: y'day = 1st DD of leptin reset)
5 April 140.4lbs (tiny new low: still water gain: y'day = 2 UD of leptin reset)
6 April 140.6lbs (pleased b/c y'days DD involved dining out at Balkan event)
7 April 140.4lbs (back to low: y'day = MD LR)

8 April 140.6lbs (beginning to fret swollen knees will remain; y'day UD LR)
9 April 140.2lbs (tiny new low: water-logged; y'day DD LR)
10 April 138.8lbs (NEW LOW; water-logged; y'day UD LR)
11 April 137.8lbs (new low; water-logged; y'day DD LR)
12 April 137.8lbs (low held; water-logged; y'day MD LR)

I'm astonished that the low held because I had weight-training in the gym last night and I'm aching today so I expected to be holding on to even more water (maybe the low carb glycogen and water drop is being balanced by the training-related water gain ).

Yesterday's planned UD turned into an MD as various events intervened and I wasn't able to eat lunch until I was travelling home to go straight out to the gym - so I knew that I wouldn't have time to eat dinner.

Whatsoever is happening, I still can't quite believe that I'm seeing my numbers in the 130s for 3 consecutive days.

However, none too shabby yourself, Shepheka. You're so slight in build I wondered if you'd have some difficulty dropping below your original weight but at 4lbs+ or so in only 11 days, it seems not.

Lee, I'm sure you'll soon get back into the swing (bounce?) of things.

Ringamajig, don't worry! There's a clear downward pattern in your bounces. And don't just focus on the current day's weight, because that doesn't tell you what's really happening!

Oh, my word. The close of March was so odd with its unprecedented surge while your body composition was clearly arranging itself rather nicely. You've been less than 130lbs for a full 7 days of weigh-ins AND you're within 0.6lb of your target weight.

Well done on both fronts. I may not be able to check in with your progress until late Sunday/Monday (going away for weekend and not sure about internet access) but you have my best wishes for its continuation.
