Oh yes it was totally worth it! I love Mexican food and I thought I had allotted enough calories but you know you get there and those chips and salsa just call your name! I tried to just lick off the salsa and bean dip from a chip and then it would get soggy and I had to eat it! And what are chips and salsa without a margarita, right? I did have a 'skinny' margarita but still is calories!

Glad you had a great time on your vacation sounds like you had some margaritas too!
Vacations are always fun but there really is no place like home.

Hey Vanilla - looks like the WW/Juddd combo is working for you - yah!!! It IS a new low for this month but a good 3 pounds higher than a low I hit (briefly) last month. Hoping to keep the downward trajectory going!!

Goal: 137lbs by end of April and to have started the leptin reset once I've sorted the wrinkles.

1 April 142.4lbs (still carrying water gain from migraine)
2 April 142.2lbs (ditto)
3 April 141.2lbs (UD y'day: still water to lose: y'day = 1st UD of leptin reset)
4 April 140.6lbs (new low: still water to lose: y'day = 1st DD of leptin reset)
5 April 140.4lbs (tiny new low: still water gain: y'day = 2 UD of leptin reset)
6 April 140.6lbs (pleased b/c y'days DD involved dining out at Balkan event)
7 April 140.4lbs (back to low: y'day = MD LR)

8 April 140.6lbs (beginning to fret swollen knees will remain; y'day UD LR)
9 April 140.2lbs (tiny new low: water-logged; y'day DD LR)

I exceeded yesterday's DD calorie allotment by approx. 100kcals as I ate a snack to allow me to take a painkiller. I don't know how to resolve this on a DD as I don't have any calorie wiggle room after eating a substantial, higher protein breakfast that represents >two-thirds of the day's entire calorie allowance.

As well as ironing out problems in moving towards a leptin reset, I'm horribly aware that I'm bouncing just above my bogeyman figure of 140lbs that broke my resolve last time. Hey ho.

A nice drop yay! Hmmm. I did some detective work and the month I had great losses (Sept) had no other changes EXCEPT I had quite a few MDs thrown in there. Going to go with that theory for now and will test out a DD-MD-UD rotation for a few weeks and see if I can get some scale momentum.

4/5-UD-161.2 so my down day today turned into an up day..had already ate lunch when we we were invitedout for dinner ...soooo...wentoutto dinner,then drinks... So much for my new low I may be to chicken to even weigh in themorning...

4/7-MD-160.8 doing a mid day to get back in my normal rotation because of plans2 days this week so hopefully I dont bounce up to much the next couple of days
4/8-UD- 160.2 did another potato day yesturday so my mids day didnt get out of control
