I need to mow the lawn, but naaaah! I will wait for son to come back from the fishing trip and let him ride the mower around the yard!!

I did get woken up at 7:30am by the neighbor mowing his yard...........dude! its saturday! The hubby is away and I wanted to sleep in!!!

Its suppose to rain later or I would weed the flowers. They dont need it that bad, I did a really good job in the fall. I thinned out the flowers then and planted them in a few more places so this spring they would grow nice.......and they are already!!!

I use a push mower just so I can get some exercise. Some people think that's crazy, but I love the outdoors and at least I'm getting something accomplished while I'm mowing. It makes the back of my legs so sore, but that's really where I need it. Great job in being productive and getting the benefits of a workout along with it!

Sorry, I get on a tangent.

Editing to say that a quick browse of amazon shows 5 books with 5:2 in the title, by 5 different authors, all published within 3 months from late November to early March 2013. A Fast Diet cookbook to go along with The Fast Diet book is available by June. Amazing.[/QUOTE]

Now THERE'S an only-in-America phenomenon...a cookbook for a fasting diet...

It's snowing here in Indiana, too. On friday there was golfball sized hail in INdianapolis, my son's car got trashed...took out the windshield, taillights, put about a hundred dents in it...his girlfriend said her car has cellulite

I adore Disneyland and here's why...

Ok, off topic but I wanted to share.
Some of you know today is my son's 3rd birthday (also DH's, my BFF's and SlowSure too!)
Anyway we took him to Disney. He got sick twice this morning & the second time I took him to the First Aid station to clean up & rest. When we came out of the room, Mickey & Goofy (and one of the character wranglers) were there waiting for him! Just for my little guy cuz his tummy hurt! I was so touched; these are the kinds of little things Disney does that keeps people like me coming back year after year.
Right now he is napping in our hotel room. I'm hoping he will get good sleeps and we cam take him back to meet Eugene & Rapunzle (Tangled) as they are his current faves aside from the Mouse himself.

Awww poor little bday man!!! I'm sorry he got sick, but how sweet the characters came to see him! I had my DD in the 1st aid station when she was 4 (Disneyworld, though) and they were excellent. We didn't have Mickey or Goofy, though. LOL!

Dr. Johnson

I just found this info on the good doctor.

James B Johnson MD
4224 Houma Blvd Suite 440
Metairie, LA 70006
(504) 456-5150 (Office)
Map & Directions

I don't know if anyone would like to write to him or not. There have been several posts on the 5:2 thread as to how he should be getting more credit. I think he would be thrilled to know how some of you have done by following his plan so well.

Hello lovely JUDDD buds. Missing you all. I still plan on returning to JUDDD, just had to get my bingeing food issues/bad habits back in control. Doing a last round of HCG and man the weight loss is slow - JUDDD was just as fast if not faster! But it's great for my mind, just the portion control, re-establishing my relationship with food and getting off the binge mindset. If I could feel this way at all times then my problems would be solved once and for all.

I will be back JUDDDing in P4 and this time will be better prepared. I have 4 bottles of ptero and will be doing amino acid therapy aka Julia Ross. I will have been cleaned of trigger foods and will be avoiding them like the plague - nuts and certain fruits. Hope you all are well xx

Thank you Kissa. We're coming to your beautiful country as part of a trip in June/July. I want some "wriggle" room in my weight loss so I can enjoy some good fish and chips. Is it Whitby that has the best fish and chips in the world??

Well it a fun place to go and the fish and chips are excellent, but I wouldn't travel there just for the fish and chips. If you do go there let me know and I'll give you my recommendation.

I live about 30-45 minutes north of Pittsburgh and the weather we get here sometimes.......Just the other day we had a day of 4 seasons. Went from summer, to fall to winter to spring in a days time. We get those alot this time of year, well fall too. Started out 60 some and beautiful, turned to thunderstorms and ended with 30 something and sleet. I hate those days because the winds are just horrible. My daughter said over at the school the winds picked up the track mat they use for the high bar jump (whatever they call it), and threw the mat into the fence around the track and ripped down 50% of it with it. I know last year we got those winds and it seriously took our 250lb propane tank and toppled it beside the house. Thank god I was home that day to shut off the line in the furnance!!

LOL!!! Yeah, it's soon to be hurricane season here too. If I didn't say, I did push mow the lawn yesterday. All 20 minutes! Then I shamed bf into weed-eating the huge weeds that seemed to morph overnight in the back yard. Now, a mower can be used back there...maybe this afternoon, but doubtful lol.

I'm going to see my mom in a little bit. We've been watching the Masters all weekend, and it's coming back on today at 2:00. I hope to be back home by then. Thinking of doing a MD too. Those almost always turn into UDs for me, so I'm going to continue on as a DD.
