Absolutely nothing. Ug, I am so sick tonight. After 7 days of potato hack (read: no fats whatsoever), I am not a happy camper after a regular but somewhat decadent Easter lunch. So trying liquids only & I've already got a pot of rice going in case my poor guts need something. Oh geeze, never again!
But the red velvet cake was yummy!

I have no idea what I'm eating today. I ate so much yesterday that I don't feel like seeing any more food for a LONG time (ok maybe until dinner hehehe). I am having my coffee for now and then some type of salad for dinner.

Didn't overdo the Easter chocolate but after a salty, winey weekend I'm definitely waterlogged.
A good DD with plenty of fluids is urgently needed!

Dinner: soup + Greek yogurt - 120
Supper: Ryvita + cheese - 80
Teas with skim milk - 60
Lots of water.

260 total

I'm doing my standard spinach salad, vegetable slurry with poached egg, and yogurt. I kind of like having my Down Days be all the same. I don't have to wonder what I will make, and dare I say it...I'm starting to LIKE the slurry! And though I find eating a small amount more difficult than total fasting, it is socially nice to be able to sit with my daughters during dinner, and have something going into my mouth as well.

2hb eggs during the day....maybe something light tonight...not really into eating today.

Other than that.....holy cow was I bloated last night!! I don't know what I ate that did it to me but MY GOODNESS. I'm still holding on to what feels like ten lbs of water weight...going to try to flush for the next several days with green tea, lemon water and plain water. I recently started drinking roasted dandelion root tea...and while it's supposed to be a diuretic..I feel like it's having the opposite effect on me. The scale has been moving the WRONG way since I've started drinking it so I'm going to take it off the menu for a couple of weeks and see if maybe I have an allergy or something to it and it is causing inflammation or retention...who knows...

This one was easy. Spent 14 hours in the ER with what they thought wasan Appendicitis. Turns out I had a ruptured cyst and a whole bunch of drama. Finally eating some soup then off to bed. Good night everyone!

Complete fast for me today.

I did not do badly yesterday. I only had 2 pieces of chocolate....unheard of! But I had cake and muffins along with some fruit salads with whipped cream. We postponed our ham dinner until tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.

Was shooting for no more calories besides what I had in my h/h coffee creamer, but prob going to have my greek yogurt for 80 more so I can take some Ibuprofen. It gives me an upset stomach if I take it on an empty stomach.

Total for the day = 100

Good job folks!
Lili been there, literally mine was overnight, and they were all set to operate... Then they did one more test, then another, and another... Turned out to be a UTI that went up... Glad you're feeling better!

Good dd here, didn't do the soup, so came in around 440 with turkey meatballs, cabbage stir fry, then yogurt and jam.

Not sure what the rest of the week will bring: going to the office all week for meetings, with catered lunches, dinner out with my boss tomorrow.

gnight!

Ug, LiLi, I'm sorry to hear that but glad you didn't need surgery!
I literally ate my DD calories in cake. Was too sick yesterday to enjoy dessert so I had another piece of the red velvet cake when I got home from work. I never calculated how many calories were in the cake to begin with (I probably don't want to know, 1/3# of butter and 10oz cream cheese later...) and I had just a small slice. And lots of water and tea.
We'll see what the scale thinks of THAT in the morning.
Good night all!

Thank goodness all is well, Lili. HUGS!

I ate sooooo much over Easter that I am literally ashamed of myself! It will take a couple of very dedicated weeks of rotation to get back to where I was. Lesson learned....DON'T GO THERE!

I really looked forward to yesterday's DD and stayed under my allowance. The scale rewarded me with a modest loss...a good reminder that mindless overindulgence is not what JUDDD is about....

Today is an UD and a friends BD party; I will make a concerted effort to keep the celebration to an UD and not an UUAD!
