Exercise Check-In for April, 2013
 
:welcome: Post anything about exercise and activity here.

We can just check in with a report of the day's workout,
Or give encouragement, ask for advice, tell about victories, offer tips and ideas.

Also feel free to tally up your last month's exercise/hours, or let us know results.
We'd love to hear about it and cheer! :jumpjoy: If you like, post them at the end of last month's March thread, too.

Last month's thread went to 8 pages, so monthly seems to fit our needs.

March report from me is that my tally of exercise for March was 13 hours, mostly T-Tapp but some elliptical and Zumba at the first of the month.

Took my measurements this morning and was down 1/4-inch at 4 torso measurements and 1/2-inch at waist, so I'm happy! :D Since I'm in maintenance on JUDDD, I count most measurement losses exercise losses, but I know JUDDD plays a part.

Plan for me for April is to keep up every-other-day or 3-times-a-week full T-Tapp workouts throughout April.

Started the month off with 2 days in a row of killer boot camp. Today's workout ranks right up there with the hardest I've ever done. :( I planned to take tomorrow off, but he announced that we'll be boxing tomorrow, so I HAVE to go! I love hitting that heavy bag! :hyst:

Total calories burned: 8839 calories - (2.5 lbs loss if I would eat better) :)

I'm also very impressed Carly is stopping by to report with us despite being just a little sidetracked right now, having completed a pseudo-iron-man!! :notwrthy: :D Hugs!! This too shall pass. Look at it again tomorrow, Carly. You never know, it may gradually start looking more reasonable!

Alright finally got off my lazy bum bum and walked today!:jumpjoy: I usually walk a mile in 16 min. (slow) so I figured I walked 3 miles. I walked 50 min so guess that's a good average. You guys put me to shame, but great for motivation!;)

Raining today. No outdoor walking today. Leslie Sansone's indoor walking for me! It says 5 really, big miles. Idk if it truly works out to be that much, but at any rate it gets me moving!:high5:
