Wow, look at your months, melanie and Kelly - especially those good looking rest days! Your muscles love you for them. My muscles are loving me pretty well, except for the gardening, lol! I may have gone slightly overboard on that.

That's my last workout of the month, since I'm a stickler for days off. 8 hours of video workouts, plus a day-long hike, not even counting putting in the garden. So I'm sure I've equaled my March hours.

I already snuck a quick peek at the tape measure this a.m., and I'm smiling so far. I'll double check those measurements Wed morning (the 1st) after tomorrow's rest day.
