Pounds evicted in March!

This is where we compare our last after-down-day weights from February and March. Let's keep a running total. If you're reading this, you are either making an effort or thinking about trying JUDDD ... good for you, either way, no matter what the scale says!

My pounds evicted in for March: 4.4

p.s. I had hoped for a bit more, but I wouldn't want those pounds back, so I'm happy! See below for a picture of what five pounds of fat looks like.

So we have 7.4 so far for the month! I'm going to try to imagine the size of our collective fat chunk.

I just LOVE that you maintainers are continuing to lose. I know each of you is OK with being a bit lighter if it happens, so that is just fantastic. On what WOE do people continue to lose in maintenance, I ask you? JUDDD!

I lost 5 the first two weeks of induction and haven't lost any the last two weeks of March but I am happy with losing a 5 lb bag of sugar from my frame!!!

Chris-
that video was pretty cool, thanks for linking it. For a home reference, a box of butter (4 sticks) is about the same as one pound of fat......definitely nothing to sneeze at! It's harder to appreciate when the loss comes from all over your body (even fingers and toes!), but the loss IS there and the cumulative effect is what we notice....so keep plugging on, the turtles and the hares!

I'm just going to say that I lost 3 lbs this month, as of yesterday. According to the beginning of the month, I've lost 5, but really I was up 2 lbs from my low of the month before on March 1st. I will be up more than 2 lbs over my (March)low on April 1st. Just the way it goes, plus I'm having 3 UDs in a row.

Sigh! Still 51 pounds as I can't report an eviction this month; was lucky to get back to my starting weight...was down two pounds for a few days...I should be reporting my weight losses mid-month as that seems to be when I've lost.

Remember last month, we reported 77 pounds...so keep the good news coming. Good to see, tho' that others are continuing to lose....WTG!!!

I don't know what to report. The earliest figure that I have for March is 148.8lbs. On 30 March I was 140.6lbs but I had a migraine that lasted until Monday and the water gain left me at 145.6lbs (no food or liquid calories involved).

I weighed today and I've lost some of the water so the scales report 142.4lbs although my knees are still badly swollen and I resemble a mash-up of the Pirelli Tyre and Pillsbury Dough men.

So, at the moment, I don't know what to report for my March loss.

March was a great month for me-lost the last bit of weight I wanted gone and I transitioned into a modified 5:2 maintenance plan, which seems to be working really well I'm now maintainting nicely with a range of 133-135 and feel great!

I lost 5.5lbs in March
