B: nada, maybe tea?
L: veggie soup, 38
D: not sure, maybe fish, broccoli, yogurt?

B: Coffee with 10 calorie creamer, 20 calories a cup, on second cup now.
L: going to try and skip til dinner, need to keep busy is the key
D: fish or shrimp and veggies

Had 130 cal oatmeal for bf....hb egg for lunch and will have a salad for dinner....looking forward to Easter dinner manana!!!

I am going for a low down day today. During the day will be lots of black coffee, tea, water with lemon, and probably a light meal for dinner ... probably a bit of protein with veg, or maybe a greek yogurt. I might even go for an all liquid day, we'll see how it goes. I was stalled for the first half of the month so I want to end the month well. :)

Not feeling well so I don't think I'll have a problem staying away from food today. But I will be drinking warm drinks with milk and/or a little CO.

Went to Costco, wound up with ground turkey... Going to try to invent lc/lc turkey meatballs. Will run through mastercook and report back.

Also? Got 6 containers of Costco brand ff Greek yogurt... Cuz I go through like 2-3 per week!

Had a turkey sandwich on lite bread so far. For dinner I'm making grilled vegetable burritos using a Joseph's 50 calorie Lavash wrap instead of a tortilla. I might get up to 500 calories today but no worries. Going to the gym after dinner! Going tomorrow also before the Easter feasting :yummy:
