Does JUDDD explain how to do maintenance in the book? Can you have several up days on maintenance and then DD'S? What do people do on JUDDD for maintenance? Is it like intermittant fasting?
On your other thread, Christina pointed you in the direction of Dr. Johnson's website. It explains JUDDD in much greater detail than I can.
Basically, JUDDD is alternating a higher calorie (maintenance level) up day with a very low calorie (500 or less) down day. For maintenance, you get more calories for your down days. The calculator on Dr. Johnson's website will give you the calorie ranges you should follow.
There are other plans that allow for more up days and fewer down days. I'm doing 5:2 for maintenance, where I have only 2 down days per week (mine are Tuesdays and Fridays).
