Fasting

I have a question, well acually a couple. Is JUDDD intermittant fasting? If I eat a big breakfast around 9 a.m. and then don't eat until the next day at 9 a.m. would that fast be considered a DD? So then could I eat all day the next day? Also, does anyone ever eat over 3500 calories on UD's because I did!

If you breakfast on DD included all your allowed DD calories and you don't eat till next day- yes, that would be considered DD.

Yes, I have eaten over 3500 cal on UD too many times You normally calculate your UD DD calories using JUDD calculator that you can find by googling it.

Hi Oriana! Yes, JUDDD is intermittent fasting, but the calories matter. JUDDD is about alternating between eating the number of calories you need to maintain your weight one day, and very low calorie the next. So you could definitely eat just breakfast if that is what works for you, but you just need to say within the calories for weight loss for a down day. If you google JUDDD you will find Dr. Johnson's website where you can read about the diet and get the calorie calculator. Or check out this thread:
WHAT IS JUDDD? COME INSIDE AND SEE!!

3500 calories is almost certainly higher than your up day calories would be ... most of us with a bunch to lose start out around 2000 on up days and 500ish or a bit less on down days.
