Greek yogurt w/ blackberries. I regret it, too. My stomach HUUUUUUURT afterwards. ouch!

Not sure about the rest of the day...except it's pizza Friday again.

No counting but watching portions
B - leftover pizza and 1 pop tart and large coffee w/ cream
L - Mac n cheese and salad
D - steak broccoli sweet potato, cake bites

B - a whole wheat tortilla filled with 1 egg, some egg whites, some lettuce (wilted in fry pan with eggs cooking), a dab of tomato paste and a drizzle of jalapeno olive oil.

L - I found a recipe on Pinterest for making a single serving of Mac & Cheese in a cup or bowl. Think I'll do that.

A bit of chocolate treats for a coffee-time snack

D - probably some meatballs we have and maybe polenta? Not really sure - need to check the fridge and freezer.

Glass of port with a few prunes and almonds.

Breakfast-peanut butter granola bar and coffee-275
Lunch-tortilla with hot sausage, egg, cheese and salsa-475(still hungry)
Dinner-?-?
add 1.5 Tbs almond butter to lunch-150
so I am at 900
that leaves 800

I started with my favorite up day breakfast:
A slice of toasted Ezekiel (sprouted grain) bread spread with 1/2 tsp. butter, with slice of Munster cheese and two fried eggs on the top. :yummy:

then I treated myself to a snack of a cupcake that I was given on my down day. I'm supposed to be watching my carbs, so this was a definite splurge, but it was fun!

So, if I have lunch it will be something small and healthy like a salad with protein, and dinner is not planned yet. Better get on that. :)

B hot cross bun and a cappuccino

L half an egg sandwich and half an individual Panettone shared with DH

D chicken and leek filo pastry pie, with baby minted potatoes and mixed veg with cheese sauce 2 glasses of white wine.

S grapes

Ended up having a greek salad for dinner. It was good! Off the the gym now to burn off some of that feta and stuffed grape leaves LOL

B: oatmeal = 195
L: bean burrito = 400
S: newton cookies = 140
D: 3 or 4 slices of pizza = 750 for 3 sl, 1000 for 4 sl :yummy:

I should total out at 1735. I think that's a little over my limit but not too worried.

B - 3 mini powdered donuts and coffee...abt 300
L - One slice cheese pizza @ pizzaria w/dd (did finish her crust though lol...)..I'd guess around 400 - 450 cals...
S - Reeses Egg - 170 (while I was putting together dd's easter basket! lol)
D - Garlic bread w/melted mozz (abt 200?) - Steamed beets/sliced tomatoes/avocado/one tbsp olive oil (425)...
Add abt 100 for coffee creamer...
Dsrt (had it earlier while out w/dd...)small Brusters ice cream ...going to guesstimate about 400 because of added oreos...

Although I'm sure I overestimated that puts me a bit over 2000 for the day...might have another cup of coffee (decaf) with creamer to end the evening.

Not a bad day overall...definitely enjoyed it!
