B - coffee with HWC, scrambled eggs with shredded cheese, 2 slices Ezekial bread with SF marmalde
L - baked potato with cottage cheese and salsa
D - veggies with a baked potato with chili and cheese

Pre-dinner drink of some kind
D: Reuben sandwich

S: Easter KitKat bar that was given to me this morning 210 cal
L: honey mustard grilled chicken with provolone sandwich and pringles 565 cal
D: Thinking about making white chicken chili (I have 836 cal left for today, so this would be good. The only thing is my 3 year old tells me it is yucky....he kills me with that LOL)

I added in a microwave chocolate chip cookie as well for 136.
I'm over the recommended 1800 UD by about 77 calories, but to be honest, I'm not too worried about it.

i had an all liquid day yest. and believe it or not wasn't really hungry when I woke up?????:dunno:

B- mini egg/turkey bacon quiches, lc coleslaw
L- lc taco soup
D- no clue yet

Scale was down 2 lbs after my DD so I'm pretty happy!:jumpjoy:

L - matzo w 3/4 cup chicken salad, cup of cherry tomatoes
S - orange
D - 5 oz steak, 1 large potato latke w sour cream and apple sauce

Comes to 1600 so leaves 200 calories for an oops, a glass of wine or something sweet.

It's really good. It's angus steak in a sauce with lots of good veggies like asaparagus and mushrooms. :yummy: Low cal, too, with the bowl full of mixed veggies and the Shanghai angus on top, it's less than 300 calories.
