2 cups diet hot cocoa with whipped cream and sf davinci raspberry syrup

One or two hard boiled eggs during the day and two or three tacos for dinner depending on my hunger level....ud was higher than I'd have liked so going to try and keep it low today...

Ack, I don't know, but I am hungry this morning. I suspected it might be like that when I was still hungry last night. I'm busy today, though, so the plan is my normal DD stuff. Either a FF/SF latte in the late afternoon or 2 HB eggs. We'll see...

Well as I exercised this a.m., my bloodsugar TANKED badly. I haven't had an episode like this in a long time....so I had to get that up.

protein granola bar (to get sugar up) 200c
egg/veggie stirfry 90c
salad 90c
Cottage cheese??

trying to keep it under 500c but with 200 already gone, that may not happen!

me, today-- not sure. Wasn't happy with my day yesterday, let my PMS hungries get the better of me.
Sort of feeling bummed that I"m not going to have a net loss for the month :(

I'm going to repeat my last DD menu, since it went so well:
wilted spinach salad with 1 bacon, 1/2 egg, vinegar
yogurt
vegetable slurry with a poached egg

I had a weight reduction this morning, after an UD, so I'm feeling fine!

Thanks guys! I seem to have gotten things back in balance! I've had hypoglycemia my whole life, thankfully NOW (unlike when I was a child/teen) I know what is happening when it occurs!

Changed my plan. Ate my black eyed peas and potato again.

Total = 350 at the most I'm thinking.
