Breakfast 2-maple donut, coffee with creamer-370

Sher, I did the same, although I called my second breakfast.."a snack"... hahaha...so I'm going to limit lunch to a small avocado and a few tortilla chips. Don't want an another uuad after this weekends caloriepalooza...

B: 1 scrambled egg, 4 sl turkey bacon 200 (Same as usual)
L: Maybe pb and banana sandwich and almond milk. possible 460
D: Angus burger on wh. wheat bun, light kraft cheese slice, and tater tots = 720
D: Chocolate pie = 280

Total = 1660 Unless I decide to change lunch plans!

Dawn, I now have everything bagels in the house, fresh from Montreal. Dh loves them too

Me today:
B: 1.5 bagels with some lite cream cheese, smoked salmon
L: deli meats, a matzo with butter, v8
D: need to keep it light, probably chicken and salad, then chocolate?
Or pho.

Our bagel shop also has this divine light garlic/herb cream cheese. Sometimes I put that on my everything bagel, but it's potent!

I had my Banh Mi for lunch and am trying to figure out dinner. I'm feeling like Indian or Mexican, but since DH hardly eats, it's harder to plan.

Me either Sher. I ended up around 1720, but I just don't feel like I ate very much. I changed my lunch plan from pb & banana sandwich w/ almond milk to just a taco supreme and pinto's and cheese. That cut my calories down some, but the hamburger and tater tots were high in calories. But got to have choc pie w/coffee so all is right with the world! lol

Must be something with today! I had my dinner and somehow those meatballs didn't seem like many calories. Hmmmm, the recipe I used calculated them out, but it sure seemed lighter. <shrug> I'm not eating more, though...

Yeah, me either. I'm trying to think about what to have for my DD tomorrow. I've had potato and black eyed peas the last 3 DD's and I'm hankerin for something different. I am stuffed when I eat that and don't get hungry again after I eat it, but I want something else.

My DDs are boring. I either do a NF/SF latte in the afternoon (just black coffee all morning) or I have 2 HB eggs in the afternoon.

I might do breakfast for dinner. I can have an egg, 4 sl turkey bacon, and instant oatmeal for 310. My DD number is like 320 so I should be ok right?

I love coffee, but I have to have creamer and even the FF has like 15 cal a tbsp so I try to limit it to one cup. I am going to switch to FF though. I tried it at my moms and couldn't tell much difference. It's lower cal than h/h. Every calorie counts and if I can find something lower cal to replace something higher cal then out with the old and in with the new. lol I did the same thing with skim milk. Went to almond milk for like 50 calories less per cup.

I always do breakfast for dinner on dds. I have been thinking lately that I want to have blacked eyed peas and potatoes on dds lol. It always sounds good when I read your dd posts!

It is very good! I checked all the calories on different brands of BEP's and the lowest one I found was a brand called Lucks "low fat". The whole can is 99 calories. That's the lowest one I have found. I like putting some on top of the potato. Very yummy and filling, but I may have your DD tomorrow. lol I bought a big bag of baking potatoes and the calories on the bag say 110 per potato so I just peel, and boil it then put a little chicken broth in the make it mash smooth and then put the peas on top. It's around 215 calories. And it is a lot of food.

This happens to me a lot! Usually it's ridiculous chocolate cravings, though. I don't know why I'm always fooled!

Dinner was Indian: 1 vegetable samosa, basmati rice, navratan korma, and 2 pieces of garlic naan.

Gym was "okay." I miss my Zumba instructor!
