My plan is:
wilted spinach salad with 1 slice bacon and 1/2 egg
yogurt
vegetable slurry if needed, with a poached egg if wanted

Also planning on getting a lot of little stuff done, hoping for another DD energy surge!

good morning all and happy 1st day of spring break to me....tonight my son is having his gfriend over for dinner, so I am going to fast until then and have a lean cuisine pizza with them....hoping there are leftovers for my UD tomorrow

Potatoes. Not doing a "hack" but wanted to see if eating them would help ease hunger. I will keep it under 500 though...I'm out of induction, so it may work out for me...we shall see!

L: Small Wendy's chili with TJ's habanero hot sauce (210)
D: Either miso soup (25), or Subway salad (110), or veggies and fish (>150) depending on hunger.

Should be under 400 calories, whatever I decide.

aiming for around 600 calories today because of intense exercise!

total 461 cal/8 gr carbs

Luckily it's already 3:00pm. DD going well. Had coffee with HWC and lemon water so far. Hoping to get by with only water and tea today.

D; weight watchers pizza and salad with FF dressing....not sure of salad count but pizza was 280 cals

everyone else had pizza and cheesy bread...i would rather lose pds then eat that stuff

Drove home, 6hrs, 3 stops I think.
B: iced tea
L: celery
D: 2 matzoh rolls (110 each)
Deli turkey breast
1 serving yogurt with jam
About 500 cals total.

D: 1 can of lowfat black eyed peas 100, 1 boiled potato 110, 2 tbsp greek yogurt 15

Total: 265

Off to bed in about 15 to 30 min. Nighty night JB's!
