Happy Monday!
So far coffee. One with 2 tsp HWC and one with pumpkin and almond milk.
I have some celery and cucumber slices, miso soup and lowfat hotdog ready if I need them. I'm going to see how today goes to see what I need.

I've found something very satifying about the potato:dunno:I've done a couple of mostly potato DDs and I like them.I feel fuller and usually am rewarded with a couple lbs. loss the next day:jumpjoy:

My local supermarkets are out of fresh produce because deliveries are disrupted by the weather. I'm out of potatoes which may make continuing my potato hack a little tricky (I'm approx. on day 23).

Good to read that you and the potato hack suit each other :)

Potato without fat etc. just feels like it wipes out my appetite. It's interesting to see people's responses to it.

md over here today-

Large wendys chili, serving pringles
Flat bread sandwich (light flatbread, turkey, lettuce, tomato and ff italian dressing)
Cup diet hot cocoa with whipped cream

670 calories (may add another cocoa/whipped cream for 35 more calories)

Doing a fast five kind of DD - sipping diet soda and tea all day and then will have dinner tonight (Passover Seder) and try and keep it kind of light. Shooting for ~600 cals.

Ok, not really breakfast because I could NOT force myself to get out of bed before 11:30 today:o

L- coffee with HWC, SF Cafe Vienna
S- green pepper stuffed with 2 Tbsp ground turkey and topped with 1/4 C melted cheese and salsa, 1/4 C greek yogurt with 1/4 C blueberries
Late snack- a few olives with a little bit of mascarpone and diet swiss miss

for a total of around 415 calories

I had 1 oz of pasta, 2 T of sundried tomato pesto and chopped spinach for dinner. :) I'm at 385 and may have a fudgecicle before bed. Perfectly satisfied now though, but a little higher cals than I intended. Still decent.

Tag, have you tried the PB powder? I saw it at the health food store last time I went, but I haven't tried it yet. Several JBs say they really like it. It's considerably less calories than regular PB.
