Back after many, many months...

I was on JUDDD a few months ago, and I lost about 15lbs in 3 weeks... life got busy and stressful, and so I stopped all my diets and began binge eating.

Yesterday morning, I woke up and realized that this is not right. So I'm back to my JUDDD along with workouts when I get time... hopefully I CAN DO LOSE ALL THE EXCESS WEIGHT! I really want to lose about 30lbs in total, but I know it's going to take some time... and I need support!

Started: 03/24/13 at 181.2lbs

Welcome back! I just started my rotations back up a couple weeks ago. Coming here everyday helps me stay on track. I haven't binged since I started back. We can do this!

Welcome back!! I just started with my first DD yesterday!! I also lost about 20 lbs with JUDDD before Christmas and went to binge eating and gained it all back. This is the best plan out there -- good luck, you can do this!

I can commiserate with you, too. I stepped away from JUDDD rotations for about 6 weeks when life got a bit too overwhelming (job hunting, moving). I'm still struggling a little to rein in my DDs.

Glad you found us again -- you can do this!!
