Sher, isn't it amazing to get to the point where you don't remember UD or DD? For the longest time, I knew exactly what day it was, every minute of every day. The moment I woke up, I knew. But now, like you said, it doesn't even matter most days. JUDDD!

Thanks for the reminder as it's time to stock up the wine rack and I need to remember to get some sherry as well..

Been hungry for soup so have a pot of minestrone simmering in the crockpot, so that'll be my supper with a small salad, I think. Checking my calendar since starting this woe last June and reminding myself I have to lower the calories and carbs a bit. I lose better on lower carbs and have to keep track of the pesky little devils.

B. Bacon, scrambled eggs, a bit of cottage cheese

S. soup, salad, probably a chicken breast, grilled, chopped and added to the soup and who knows what..I have a Cabernet open which will go well with the soup.

Hello JB's and happy UD!

B: 1 scrambled egg, 4 slices of turkey bacon = 200
L: 1 can black eyed peas = 130 (added coconut oil this time)
D: Chicken breast, baked potato w/greek yogurt, 2 rolls = 920
D: pie = 280

170 left ? I'm sure I'll find something to spend it on.

Zipp, I LOVE TJ's two buck chuck! Fantastic wine for 2.99 a bottle. I usually keep a few in the house. I love their cab sauv and pinot grigio especially. I tend to favor reds, but that grigio is great! They also carry a fantastic shiraz there by a company called purple moon I believe. It's 3.99 a bottle and it is the BEST shiraz I've ever had, regardless of price range...and I've tried a lot.

Really enjoyed my UD and finished out right at about 1700. My calculated number is 1720 I think, so that's pretty good. Enjoyed a piece of key lime pie!

My ud ended up at 1766. Had a delicious Cobb salad, delicious chili, 2 delicious 321 cakes, a can of real coca-cola, and a small handful of nuts, and coffee with creamer this morning. I could eat like this every other day.

Hi!
Still at my mom's, still on blackberry and can't wait to get home tomorrow!
Uuad today but not totally psycho-- big breakfast, 2 eggs, 2pancakes (omg, so much better than low carb mix...these had some chewiness that I miss!) With table syup but I'll have real syrup on friday at the sugar bush adventure...anyway, a few homefries, 2 big yummy wholewheat toast, some blueberries.

Lunch was a giant pumpernickel bagel, bit of lite cream cheese.

Dinner was everything I could see!
typical seder, along with some family traditions: a hb egg dipped in saltwater (representing tears, and also rebirth), matzoh ball soup, gefilte fish, but also this yummy pickled salmon. Roasted eggplant salad, then chicken cutlet, beef brisket, teeny tiny new potatoes, grilled veggies... Dessert was weird bc of the non-leavening thing-- chocolates, chocolade dipped strawberries, coconut macaroons, meringue cookies, awful brownies (juddd calm- taste, ew, don't finish), really great fresh fruit.

I came home and after reading a bit, had a snack

So-- sorry there's no carbs left bc I ate them ALL today! But will have a great drivig home dd tomorrow!
s.
