Just finished making waffles for the fam. Just coffee for me.

Not planning on having anything today. DD is "bored" this weekend and wants to go shopping. If I really want something, I'll get a latte late afternoon and call it a day.

Have a great day all!

Had some wine last night (first alcohol in over a month!), so woke up a bit hungry. Had a diet hot cocoa mixed with coconut chai tea (found recipe on dd recipe thread...yummy!) and a 90 cal fiber one brownie. Nice breakfast for 125 cals. No lunch planned today, dinner will be fish filet on bun with steamed asparagus on the side. appx 325 cals. Might go a bit over today, planning on another couple cups of cocoa, but will make up for it during the week. OH...I also wanted to let everyone know I found that tea (i forget who mentioned it) called Weightless Cranberry at Target on sale for 3.99. I had to ask someone to get some from the back because they were out of stock on the shelves. I will give it a shot later today and see if it helps with bloat. They recommend 3 cups a day, but I will start with one, see how it makes me feel and increase gradually.

Yes I am definitely late posting today. Busy morning I guess. Usually when I don't have anything going on in the mornings I'm one of the first ones to post. Trying to decide if I just want to go with straight potato or keep planned menu of black eyed peas and potato. I have been hearing a lot of good things about those taters, but would so love some black eyed peas to go along. I think I like having a potato on DD just because they're so darn filling. Not necessarily as any kind of hack, but as just a regular ol dd food.

I was late this morning posting, just lazy lol.
So far today 120 calories, can't decide if I want yogurt or something else later. I did have a small sip of my son's chocolate milkshake, I'm just not gonna count it.

Hi gang!
End of day here at my Mom's where there's no internet, so I'm on the browser on my blackberry, which sort of sucks so I'll keep it short

Awesome dd!
B: water, vitamins, pteroblue
L: driving for about 6hrs- Water and iced tea, mAybe 4 stalks of celery. 5 pit stops
D: about 10oz salmon, broiled, and broccoli, no butter. Used a squirt of soy sauce instead, and the fish was plenty fatty.

About 458 cal, 8g carb?

I have a bit of an uuad planned tomorrow bc of the family Passover meal, and maybe a big breakfast, but might limit to just those 2 meals.
Ttfn

I just usually boil them, mash them up, and add some salt and chicken broth. 1 cup has 132 calories, but very filling.

I make it with ground lamb (I grind it myself, but have seen it in few store, or if your store sell lamb they can grind it for you). I mix it with little bit chopped onions, minced garlic and ginger, turmeric, coriander, chili powder salt and fry in the pan, or grill when is warm outside
