B - scrambled eggs with shredded cheese, 2 slices bacon, SF marmalade, Ezekial Bread, coffee with HWC
L - Roasted chicken with small red potatoes and onions
D - baked potato with chili and salsa and LF sour cream, broccoli/cauli mix

No plan yet, but this one needs to be controlled after yesterday's eat-a-palooza!

I'm hosting a jewelry party (I keep getting sucked into these things!) this afternoon, so I'm planning on just getting a veggie tray, and a cracker/cheese/salami type tray.

continental breakfast at church

early dinner will be enchilada casserole, chips & beans, and I want to try a new recipe for tortillas with apple pie filling. I'm making just enough so everyone only gets one. LOL

B- Bacon, eggs scrambled with cheese, peppers and HWC, an Atkins bar that I had never tried before (cranberry almond crunch:yummy:), coffee.
L- tilapia with tarter sauce, broccoli with butter
S- not sure yet

My first UD with a 5 hr eating window. My window opens in about 10 minutes! :jumpjoy:

L: 2 small bean/cheese burritos
small peanut butter milkshake :yummy:

D: beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes, corn

L-Frozen meal and roasted broccoli
S-crab sticks
D-spinach salad with chicken breast, craisins, pecans, parm cheese and balsamic dressing.

Lunch/Dinner- ended up being Outback Steakhouse shared a Bloomin Onion 1/5 350cc,Then had 3 Ribs 300 cc and 1/2 Baked Potato w/ butter and sourcream 200cc... then got naughty and had a Brownie Sundae & Coffee 450cc

1700 with 100 to spare.

UD is almost over, but here's what I've had/will have:

B: 2 biscuits with lemon curd, black coffee
L: 2 oz deli ham, large apple
S: baby carrots, 1 giant stuffed green olive
D: vodka gimlet, grilled salmon, sliced tomato
D: banana cream pie :yummy:

A few peel and eat shrimp, 20 goldfish crackers, 5 strawberries
Coleslaw and chicken breast and a beer
