Anyone Else A Gluten Free Judder?
I have one of my children gluten free for about a year I don't eat much of it (wheat) except the occasional Joseph's Lavash, but it is still wheat based. I am reading the Wheat Belly book, and surely need to not eat that stuff. Wondering if anyone is also doing JUDDD and is gluten free?

I've thought about it. I went gluten free a couple years ago and lost 15 lbs within just a few weeks. Then, the weight loss completely STALLED and I actually started gaining again. Now, I feel I lose just fine whether I eat wheat or not. It's difficult being a native NY'r and loving my pizza and bagels.

I'm from Long Island, lived there from birth into my mid-twenties. I miss the food so badly! Pizza and bagels are staples in any respectable NY household. I'm in the south now, (Charlotte, NC...although with all of the NY'rs here it might as well be a new borough lol) but I still hunt down great pizza and bagels in the area!

I am mostly gluten-free, as I am doing Low Carb Primal. I might get a ilttle here and there, in store-bought sauces, but I avoid grains in general. The last time I didn't, oh boy, was I sorry for it. I think what has helped me the most is not thinking of grains as food (for humans) any more. I don't look for substitutes to bread and such, I just drop them. Somehow that is easier to my brain.

I am gluten free as I have Celiac disease. I have been GF since January 2006 after my diagnosis. I didn't start JUDDD until April of last year so I only know JUDDD GF! OH and there are tons of ways to eat Pizza Gluten free! I have it almost weekly!

I use the Bisquick GF recipe and then, we also order from Minsky's! YUM YUM YUM to the Bisquick recipe, I sometimes add sour cream (if it appears to be too dry).
