It will pay off. If you have gluc that is a good edition to broth. Just a little makes a difference. I did super low DD's and mostly UUAD's for most of my journey.

really???Good to know.I dont have any gluc,do most larger health food stores carry it?

D: I can't decide whether to have a meat day or a PDD. So it'll either be deli ham or turkey, or baked taters w/salt, pepper and vinegar. Decisions, decisions.

Either way ~ 400 calories

I live in a rural area so have no idea. I order just about everything online or do without. :)

Netrition carries it and they ship pretty quickly,

I've been cleaning house all day and doing laundry and still haven't eaten anything. I don't notice it until I quit cleaning. Now my stomach is growling like a mofo. :D

Mid afternoon - a few mugs of chicken broth with a couple of crackers (50)
Evening - orange (65)
Will probably have a light English muffin w pb2 later for (145) and a total of 410 cals for the day. A bit over my 380 target but I walked 4 miles today. Looking forward to an UD tomorrow.

D - 2 cups of chicken bouillon with a bag of miracle rice.

If I get hungry later it will be 2 scrambled eggs with salsa. Very successful DD! :)

Total fast today, 2nd this week.

Oh, I'm wrong.....I made 3 complete fast DDs this week. More than made up for it on UDs though. LOL

I was within my 20% range yesterday, but it was difficult. I was very hungry when I went to bed and succumbed and ate some ham and pickles, which brought me to 360. I was trying to stay under 300, but didn't make it. I thought with the UUAD on Friday, Sat. would be easy, but not so. Today's weigh in was not good either, so phooey!
