It's vegan, all beans and veggies, with lots of cilantro, then covered with a sort of polenta type crust--looks like a chicken pot pie sort of. 150 calories of yummy goodness.

Your losses are more substantial than mine but I tend to lose very slowly. I tend to lose about 0.4lb or thereabouts but the numbers have been deranged by a couple of bouts of being unwell. Nonetheless, I've lost approx 8lbs since I started the hack and I would not have expected that to happen.

I had a horrible time this weekend when I ate a meal a friend had prepared and I not only had an upset tum but also gained more than 4lbs. Logically, I knew it couldn't be fat gain or even glycogen but I was relieved to have dropped that 4lbs by this morning's weigh-in.

I don't know why the PH works for some people.

SlowSure -- I am amazed that you have been able to do 22 days on the potato hack!! I started retaining a lot of water, (I can see it in my puffy eyes). So I thought it must have something to do with the potatoes since that's pretty much all I have been eating. I decided to give it a rest for a while. It does work! I will go back to it. I think it's a great tool to get the pounds off fast. Now we shall see if they stay gone!
