Yay, Cindy!!! Misery loves company, as they say. I'm glad I'm not the only one who indulged today. I am soooo tired too, and I can't enjoy my evening really. I've been falling asleep since before 7 pm. I've dragged myself up so that I won't wake in the middle of the night, wide awake, but I doubt I'll be up very late. Anywho, I just weighed and it wasn't pretty. Why? I just had to torture myself!

I weighed in this morning at 126.4 which is fine. When I really looked I was probably at about 2000 cals which is not that unusual for me. It just feels so wicked eating fries. That is diet mentality for you.

I had around 3000, but I'm 70 lbs heavier than you.

Oh please tell me this works. I don't want to have to eat diet foods or low cal on up days and some seem like they are. I am a huge eater and just want to maintain. I have been just eating one meal a day on the CAD board but can't seem to maintain. I eat 3-5 apples on my down days. Is that okay? Is fast food okay on up days too? What do you do for maintenance? I am a runner as well.
