I'd like some sleep

B: 120g cold potato with vinegar (approx. 100kcals)
L: 50g rice, cooked and eaten hot with vinegar and parsley (approx. 200kcals).
D: 250g hot, boiled potato with mustard (approx 220kcals)

Snacks of congee with stock powder and cold boiled potato.

I'm light on my UD calories but I've had enough domestic nuisance this week to mean that I'm not going to go through contortions to try and make up the calorie count on what is (I think) day 19 of my potato hack.

I'm in the office today and thus, didn't get to do my regular morning stuff (like, sleep later, weigh later, etc... I find that extra hour really matters). Ah well.

B: zero vitamin water and 2 cran pills. Not sure if some UTI thing is brewing, but will nip it in the bud for sure.
L: maybe just 150g of ham from yesterday's deli-shop-a-thon
D: not a freakin clue!

My Up Day is going to include: spinach salad with bacon and eggs, a lambchop with some grated zucchini in pesto, and probably some salmon for dinner. There are other yummy things available(homemade sushi rolls, turkey nachos) but there's not enough time or stomach-appetite to eat everything my brain thinks looks good.

I'm excited for you Kim! I'm going to have an UUAD on my birthday and I'm not counting anything. It's bad when you already know what you want to have on those days! My birthday is a month away, but I figure if I only do those only so often I'll be ok.

Looks yummy monica! I may save lunch calories and do pizza for dinner. Pizza Hut's nutrition guide is pretty specific so pretty easy to calculate cals. And I luuuuvs some pizza! lol

JMBM: my birthday falls on easter sunday...so I am definitely planning on an UUAD also Lucky my birthday is an UD...YUMMMMM...chocolates and turkey w stuffing/gravy and cranberry sauce plus cake Its so sad how food excites me sooo much...

Tonight I have a dinner date with my son, at our fav mexican restaurant so i am fasting until then....I know i will use up all my daily cals at that place and i cannot wait..I am off from 2nd job tonight, so this will be an extra special treat for us

Ha, ha. Lip smackin goodness! I'm going to eat on Easter. I'll just have to take that day off from JUDDD and then get back with my rotation. Idk if you're on the same UD/DD rotation as me so I'm not sure if my ud will fall on Easter.

Product recommendation: see if you can find Puffins Cereal (barbara's bakery? in the cereal and also health/organic aisle?)

they make a few flavors, and the plain and cinnamon ones (only ones I've tried) are only 90cal per 30g/ aka 3/4c serving. Most other cereals of the same nutrition level (i.e. not horrible) like multigrain cheerios, are 110 for the same amt.

I like 2 servings with almond milk, a bit of extra sweetener, and a splash of cinnamon if you like that.

Planned out the UD. For what I'm having for all 3 meals plus dessert comes to 1475. Leaves me w/ 225 for nibblers/miscalculates and/or what have you lol. I'm sure I'll find something before the day is done to use those 225 I have left.

No idea where I am today...Family Platter at famous Daves and I just had a few bites of EVERYTHING but I know it had to add up to 2 gazillion cc.

Yes, I love cinnamon, and that sounds very good.


So, today was an UUAD. I really don't even know everything I ate today. So, got it out of my system, tomorrow will start fresh with a DD

I ended the day a bit on the high side... Got to 1860 with dinner, then added random chocolate, some matzoh and margarine (guilty pleasure) and that's it for the day.

Lets say 2300 and not count carbs today, drink lots of water tomorrow.

Yes I feel like I'm cheating and not doing this properly, especially when I see how good people here are on their UD's. I get confused and have to check the heading of the thread to see if this is an UD or DD thread. I don't understand my desire to eat so much on UD's and I feel like I'm going to get on the scales one morning and it will all be piled on overnight I would be too embarrassed to post my UD's menu
