Well we are delaying our Easter meal. Neither DH or I are hungry enough to do it justice.

I had two slices of toast and 2 boiled duck eggs for lunch and it has filled me up. He had had his usual cereal breakfast and then the same lunch as me. So I'll cook him something simple tonight and do the Easter meal tomorrow.

I think that was the original study (Mattson) but even Mosley didn't stick to it.

Sorry 'bout that.
I am lost but I didn't think anything about your post. I only tried two DD's in a row one time out of curiousity. I get mixed up trying MD's so I just thought two DD's would be better but discovered (for me) that two UD's worked better for my mind.

An EOD habit is hard to break I also found out. After 14 months of EOD, trying anything different confuses me so I just plog along doing the same old same old. So much for my 5:2 experiment.

Now I might be able to do the 4:3 but the three UD's in a row for were a disaster for me. I had a very hard time getting back to a DD after three UD's in a row. Now when I tried two UD's in a row it was not hard. Might try 4:3 when I feel more comfortable in maintenance at EOD.

Lola, did you intend on the new thread being in the challenges section?
