UD WEDNESDAY!!! YEA!!
 
UD
B - scrambled eggs with shredded cheese and SF marmalade, 2 slices bacon, one slice Ezekial bread, coffee with HWC
L - baked potato, cottage cheese, salsa
D - baked potato with chili and cheese, broccoli

I am adding the Ezekial bread at breakfast because I have been feeling drained lately almost as bad as when I first started JUDDD. Adding carbs back then helped. I have a wheat allergy but Ezekial bread is from sprouted grains and has never casued me problems. Just hate to pay $5 for a loaf.:) But it keeps forever in the freezer.

Adi, when Keira and I did our GF experiment, I got her some GF breads and hot dog buns. They weren't half bad, and we still use them sometimes--from the leftovers in the freezer.

late B - 100 cal english muffin with pb2 and half a banana (200 cals)

Not sure about the rest of the day yet. I am home sick with a horrid cold and not sure what will appeal.

I'm shooting for 1800 cals today. Happy UD all!

5:45AM Boot camp! Whew!

B: Small piece of swiss cheese & a handful of mixed nuts
S: 100 cal Greek Yogurt
L: 1 meatball & a bowl of leftover pasta with Marsala sauce(Yum)
D: Will be out.....have to see what sounds good!

It's an UUAD here (planned) and I'm going to enjoy it!

B: Pancakes w/butter & syrup, OJ, black coffee
L: Something light - maybe nothing?
D: Drinks, pizza, apple pie w/ice cream, more drinks
