FANTASTIC news, Carly. You must be so stoked. This is such an accomplishment, and as you say, not one that others can see, and you are feeling good as well as looking good.

Oh, that's such wonderful news Carly! Truly, the health benefits of this WOE really should be all of our focus. It's so important. We do get hung up on - and motivated by - the weight loss and appearance aspect. But you've proven it's ALL possible! WTG!

Exceptional! You are a JUDDD superstar Carly!

I think many doctors are going to be coming around to this, especially with all of the good research that is being done in the neurosciences. Fasting seems to be excellent for the brain.

Carly, I was wondering, did the blood sugars/other indicators start coming in line before the majority of your weight loss or after? in other words, do you think there was a benefit besides weight reduction, from the action of SIRT1 in your body? It looks like from your post, that they improved 9 months ago, which would have been while you still had weight to lose. Am I reading that right?
Although I would love to lose weight, I am very interested in the other positive effects of JUDDD. Thanks for sharing your information.
And yay for a positive doctor visit!

Yes, there was a major improvement when I still had quite a bit of weight to lose. So I think it was at least in part the SIRTs and making some better food choices, but not all the time.

My A1C is 5.6!!!!!
But my prolactin level was 48ng/ml not to exceed 29
My 1LH was 7 mIU/ml not to drop below 19

This is not looking good in terms of getting pregnant. I don't know if this is from the PCOS or the JUDDDing. Could also be from meds I take.

Oh wise JUDDD buds, I'm glad my diabetes is a non issue by my hormones are jacked up! I have my period for the 4th time in 8 weeks. I came home from work today and went to bed. I never do that.

You will get it all straightened out! Have you considered DW carrying the child? Is that even an option if it turns out that you can't easily conceive?

Wonderful about your BS. I'm really sorry about all the other fertility related stuff. You'll be such a great mom. Has the doctor made any suggestions about how to increase your odds? and coming your way!
