super food salad

Ok. I am in love with schunucks Super Food Salad.
But I cant figure out how to calculate the nutrients for it.

Could some one help me???

Rene! I don't know this brand - is it a grocery store chain? I googled it and came up with this from a common calorie counting website (can't name it here).

Schnucks - Super Food Salad
Servings:1 container

Calories - 100
Sodium - 130 mg
Total Fat - 4 g
Potassium - 0 mg
Saturated - 1 g
Total Carbs - 15 g
Polyunsaturated - 0 g
Dietary Fiber - 4 g
Monounsaturated - 0 g

I freaked a little after salty corned beef dinner on Sunday, but after DD yesterday (let's say 700-800 cals), I dropped 2.5# of what I assume is water...whew...back in the zone!

2 meals, 1 snack today in 8 hour window.
L - Corned beef sandwich, half apple, 1.5 oz cheddar cheese, 1 Samoa, 2 Lifesavers - 670
S - skinny vanilla latte - 100 cal
D - asparagus ravioli, salad with EVOO, Bread, butter, sliver of cheesecake - meh, about 900

I think it said "1 container" so whatever that is? Try googling it and see if you can get more specific info. Not knowing that brand or what it looks like, I can't be much help - sorry!

I am having a hormonal day so I budgeted in some chocolate! I am at about 1100 calories now, just enough left for a piece of garlic bread and some pasta bake!

Yes, you SHOULD eat that many calories. I eat about 1750(well I'm supposed to, but I usually eat more). You are doing it right

My UD is turning into a MD. I am so stuffed from having a bagel on the way home from work (I only had a salad for lunch since they changed the work lunch to something yucky and I didn't want it!!) and I only had a salad with hb eggs for dinner. I am about to go to the gym so there's no way I'll make my calories even if I have a snack after the gym. I thought I'd be over today since I had a pretty high calorie muffin for breakfast! If only they had that yummy pizza they were supposed to have for lunch today!

Hello JB's. Late post today. Hope everyone's UD was great!

B: 1 egg 4 sl turkey bacon=200
S: greek yogurt=80
L: Beef tostada w/chips and salsa=670
D: Cheeseburger on whole wheat bun, mashed potatoes, baked beans=651

Grand total=1601 (119 under allowance, but not sure on exact cals on tostada and chips and salsa.) I figured it's close enough. So we will see....

See everyone on DD thread tomorrow!

good job all my beautiful pals....here we come DD, we have you BEAT....

change of plans for dinner....had a pot pie from kfc and some tater tots....odd combo i know...1440 cals...YIKes...total for day....2150 cals...wowsers,,cut that close, my UD number is 2209.....

off to bed all, another long day today and of course both jobs all week until next tuesday....grrrrr....sleep well all...<3

Too much bread.... But I love bread.

2 slices of Vogel bread with butter and Marmite

Dinner out. We ordered olives but they had run out, so we caved in and had the bread selection.

Then Parma ham with roast veg and grilled haloumi cheese
Followed by a game pie, very nice.

1 glass Proseco. 1/2 bottle Shiraz

It wouldnt be a probem for me either but I didnt have a thing like that in the house!I'm going to go out and buy a few high calorie treats(am I actually saying that?..lol)to help finish up UDs when eating at home.
