question about eating times..

so yesterday was a low day..i had my first meal at 10 am and my last one at 8 pm..today is a high day and i had a snack at 6:45 am..is this ok? I have been assuming that just as long as I ate X amount of calories in 24 hour blocks that its ok...

They say the DD should last 36 hours, but a few hours in either diretion really probably don't matter that much.

oh oh thanks...so basically you eat whatever on the high day...if you finsihed your last meal at 10pm on that high day..then from 10pm on that high day-10am of the day of your next high day you need to consume 500 or less calories? Ok I kind have been doing this naturally anyways.. wish i could come up with an eating schedule but my days are so busy and everyday is a different time i end up waking up or going to bed :P

You're doing fine. We usually say if your UD ends at 7pm on Monday you would eat your DD calories during this time and your Wed. UD would start at 7am. (36 hours of "fasting" or undr 500 calories)
