WOE: JUDDD Maintenance. Ketogenic PHD.

Recovering from being unwell for much of yesterday so I intend to eat congee when I need it and calculate the calories at the end of the day (I'll try to keep them to 360kcals). I'll try and eat a potato (day 13 of my potato hack) but it depends on how my tum feels.

So far coffee...50

Going to be on the go, so no idea what I'm eating....boiled potatoes last night but really don't know how I'd eat them in the car, lol. May be for dinner, and the rest on Sunday.

D: May have a protein bar if I'm really hungry, otherwise my usual Miso w/gluc.

Not feeling well today and not really sure why. Weight was up this morning, but still in my maintenance range. I'm contemplating dropping my range to 155-159, but that requires extra DDs and I'm so enjoying 5:2 that I'm not sure I'm ready to go there yet.

I had MCT oil & coconut oil in my coffee this morning and I'm trying to make that all I have till after work. My sister is coming for the weekend and I want to save some calories to have a little snack and a cold beer with her this evening.

To all those who are not feeling quite "right" hope that improves as the day goes on.

Have a great weekend everyone!

If you bring it home, try adding some hot sauce to it-sooo good! And most hot sauces are 0 calories

Sounds yummy! Thanks for the suggestion. Taking my girls to the farm to see the animals so we'll stop to eat afterwards but I'll keep in mind for the future.

My kids wanted some of the doritos I had bought afor dh's work lunches and I decided to just have one, for taste. After I ate it I checkd the nutritional info-1 dorito has like 12 calories No wonder they taste so good I also had one fry from my son's happy meal earlier today, so I skipped my second cup of cocoa.

Trying to push off getting my DH respiratory bug. I've done the hydrogen peroxide treatments (ears and sore throat). It seems to have dramatically reduced the impact as I am not nearly as sick as he is.

Woke up very hungry and decided to do a PDD. I got a fry maker at Marshalls. Peeled, sliced and baked them with a tad of spray oil. Quite yummy with calorie free ketchup and sea salt. I'll do a repeat for dinner. Nothing else today but water with lemon.

It's 7PM and still at work. I grabbed a HB egg around lunchtime and munched on two magic pops about an hour ago. Maybe some chicken sausage sauteed with pepper and onion?? - yeah that sounds good. Should be about 250 cals for dinner or 350 cals total.

Unusually hungry DD today.

I had my chili at 12:00, a protein bar at 4:00, and I'm not sure if I'll have something when I get home from work. I'm at 380 calories so far, and my last several DDs have been at 235 calories. I feel like I'm pigging out!

I've had a hungry DD too, Dawn. Trying to figure out just what I've had...50 in coffee, 1 t of coconut butter (OMG, it's the bomb! I bought some and asked for a plastic spoon to taste it ), chicken broth (cup), and potatoes...about 300 calories worth...430 total. Little bit more than last DD.

Now that's discipline! Good for you!!!

I stuck with the potatoes and lemon water. Also had a cup of tea. Hopefully the glycogen restock won't smack me in the am.

Thank you - I'm feeling much better today. Despite my very light DD of approx 230kcals, I'm up 1.6lbs today I think it will take a while to normalise my sodium and water after being unwell so I'm reasonably untroubled by this (in my more rational moments ).
