UD Friday - plans

I am feeling a touch better. Yesterday's dd was high, as I expected. Starting on the mend though!

B - 2 eggs, toast, cheese 360c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - pork chop on lettuce/salsa/tomato approximately 250c
D - eating out with our "in town" grandma should have plenty of calories

1100 for the evening. Dinner and then wine after!

For those familiar with KS college basketball, this will make no sense but

GO KU and KSU!!!

Both play tonight and I want BOTH to win! :shake::up::clap:

Kissa 03-15-2013 06:42 AM

So pleased to see you on the mean, and you have to put your body first when not feeling well.

My UD should be fun. Planning to cook the taco's I had meant to prepare 2 days ago, but it will be more fun tonight as my DD and her DH will be with us. Always seems easier to prepare all the bits for a crowd rather than just 2 of us.

Had a soya cappuccino at the gym, and may have a little something with a cup of tea later.

Farm Gal 03-15-2013 07:25 AM

Good Morning!
B: 2 HB Eggs/English muffin with butter
L: Sm hamburger steak w/sauteed mushrooms & onions
S: PB & celery:yummy: my favorite snack!
D: ????? Hubby & I are going out. Haven't made up our minds where to go!:dunno:

Should be around 2000 for the day, wherever we end up going tonight.

Yep, it is. But pickle is a weird word. Rural is also a weird word, I can't ever pronounce it. I also like facetious because it has all 5 vowels in alphabetical order.

Anywho...back to our regularly scheduled programming...

Dinner was a cheeseburger, small chili & small bag of chips shared with the monkey at the Legion. We also had a bit of popcorn. Hard to know cals exactly but I'm estimating between 1000-1200 based on what I'm seeing in my tracker. I think I may have a small bowl of cut strawberries and a touch of whip cream later tonight and call it good. My math tells me that, with this, I'll be at goal +/- 100 cals and I'm ok with being over/under 100 cals. For one day. And I say that because I want the strawberries so whatever it takes to rationalize it. :)

Lol! Another interesting word is bookkeeper because it is the only word in the English language that has three double letters in a row. Speaking of words like rural, when my son was about 5 or 6 he was having a hard time saying the word world, he kept saying it wrong and he got so frustrated, he just couldn't say it that he started to cry. We have a good laugh about i now, but it was pretty dramatic at the time lol..
AnyWHOo..;)
Dinner was Texas Roadhouse. 6 oz sirloin, loaded sweet potato, house salad with full fat ranch, cheese and croutons:yummy: and a real coke. About 1300 for all of that, plus my 360 from earlier. Actually stayed within my calories today. I saved up for that delectable dinner. Sometimes I think I'm starting to eat like a skinny person :)

Bookkeeper - New favorite word!

I LOVE Texas Roadhouse! Oh, the buns & butter, loaded sweet potato, yum! Now that we've moved there isn't one nearby. Sad business!
