DD - continuing my potato DD's since I am not only maintaining but losing a little and I am eating upwards of 800 calories of potatoes on my DD's

B - coffee with HWC
cold boiled potatoes with salt whenever I am hungry

I just had beef jerky (70 cal)

L: not sure.....maybe Wendy's chili (210 cal)
D: oriental stir fry from Aldi (60 cal per serving..will probably eat 2 servings)

400 calories

Breakfast: 50g cold boiled potato

Lunch: congee and 50g cold boiled potato

Dinner: tbd but probably congee and 100g cold boiled potato

Snacks: congee and stock powder.

Potato totals approx. 160kcals. Litre of congee and some stock powder is approx. 200kcals. Overall total 360kcals.

B - 1 large strawberry & 9 small grapes 15cals
L - progresso chix veg rotini soup 140c
D - blueberry flax oatmeal & 1 turkey sausage patty 225c or small wendys chili 210c (can't decide)

The chili was really good and warmed me up.

I ended up eating a piece of cake I made....not too bad only 140 calories. It was a chocolate cake mix made with cherry coke zero and lite cool whip on top....yummy! Next I am going to try the sugar free chocolate cake made with the cherry coke zero and no sugar added cherry pie filling on top with the free cool whip. I figured the whole thing will be 1910 calories, so only 127 calories a slice!!
