DD for me too, I'm boiling eggs to make egg salad...I add a little bit of mayo and a lot of pickles and celery...the celery really helps fill me up..and I find that the protein satisfies me longer..I wait as long as I can to have the first meal..and then the second is as late as I can wait...not sure ..think a veggie plate with cabbage and yellow squash will be the second meal.

I have totally messed up my day lol...decided to get creative and change my normal breakfast of a strawberry protein shake and instead have an eggbeaters omelet with salsa and some fried radishes and onions (that I saw on the dd recipe thread)...entire breakfast was 90 cals and delish...but it DID NOT hold me over at all. I had a bit of gluc afterwards but am still hungry. I just had a snack of a wasa cracker spread with med/laughing cow cheese...only a third of the triangle and a bit of sf apricot spread (was delish) about 40 cals ....plus 20 cals worth of coffee creamer so far. I'm about 150 cals in so far but I'm saving the rest of my cals for my spring rolls later. I should be fine to stay under 500 but I will have my usual 65 cal...VERY filling shake for my first meal from now on. It seems to work for me. I bought the walden farms calorie free sesame ginger dressing and will combine that with a bit of apricot spread for a dip for the spring rolls...looking forward to it. I prob can't have my steamed asparagus later though...I'll see if I can move some cals around to fit them in....

I was just curious if you were and if so if you were seeing better results. I think I'll just keep doing it the regular way. I do have occasional days where they end up low carb, but haven't really paid close attention to my results. Thanks for the info though.![]() |

I think I might move my 85 cal mushroom soup to lunch, and have leftover black eyed peas, green beans, and mashed potatoes for dinner. So L = 85 and D =201.

Ok...nixing the spring rolls. I just had a shake and that brings me to 215 (they are 65 cals each...recipe: 1 cup us almond milk/tablespoon ff greek yogurt/1 tsp sf strawberry syrup/3 packets stevia/2 or 3 gluc tabs)....I'll have two more through the day and that should bring me to 425 with two more of the wasa crackers/cheese/apricot spread. The shakes are totally filling and will get me through. I may throw in some shake days every other dd and see how that works...if I have five of them that is only 325 which leaves me room for coffee creamer and snacks.
Sidenote: My house gets the royal treatment on dd's haha...I'm naturally super clean but on dd's I really give it a once over to keep myself busy! Washing my daughters bed linens now and might shampoo carpet later...ladidaaa~~~ |

Also planning to eat "cleaner" on ud's. More olive oil, avocado, hi cal veggies, etc. Although I LOVE that I can eat what I "want", I'm going to focus more on what I "need"...that's not saying I will give up our weekend take out ritual.
This Friday...FuddRuckers! Woohoo! |

I think I will have some sauteed slaw mix with just a little ground beef, and then seasonings. I'm hungry, so, can't wait. other than that I don't know. I never know lol |

OMG I love FuddRuckers! There was one when I lived in MN, but then it closed
![]() Apparently the fact that we ate there all the time didn't keep it in business! There isn't anything like that now that we live in WA. Evie, wanna come clean my house? The commute from NC to WA shouldn't be too bad...especially with all that DD energy! |

Oh No Stacy!! You can do it! LOL I'm visiting my mom in a couple hours and I'm bringing her the banana bread I made yesterday. I'm just going to keep repeating to myself that I can have it for breakfast in the morning with a side of scrambled eggs and I should be fine.
